Justin C. Heredia is a Paralegal with the firm, where he plays an integral role in managing complex litigation matters from inception through resolution. Justin supports the firm’s attorneys in all aspects of case preparation, discovery, and trial readiness, ensuring that matters are handled efficiently, strategically, and in compliance with all procedural requirements.
Justin’s responsibilities include managing and analyzing discovery, reviewing and summarizing document productions, preparing and responding to written discovery, and maintaining detailed discovery indexes. He coordinates document collection and production, conducts factual and legal research, and assists in drafting pleadings, motions, correspondence, and case-related memoranda. Justin also oversees calendaring and deadline management, prepares filings for state and federal courts, communicates with court personnel and clients, and ensures that all case materials are properly organized and trial-ready.
With a strong foundation in legal studies, Justin holds a Post-Bachelor’s Paralegal Certificate from Wilmington University (2024) and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from American Public University (2021).
His academic training provides a solid grounding in legal research, writing, ethics, and litigation procedure.
Justin has been with the firm since September 2021, where he previously served as a Law Clerk. In that role, he gained extensive experience reviewing and drafting client billing entries, analyzing discovery productions, summarizing case materials, proofreading contracts and firm documents, and maintaining organized case files for attorney review. This experience has translated seamlessly into his paralegal role, where precision, responsiveness, and attention to detail are essential.
He is Clio Grow & Manage Certified and proficient in Microsoft 365 and cloud-based storage platforms. His technical proficiency supports efficient case management and document organization across all phases of litigation.
