Nannina Angioni the founding Shareholder of Angioni Law, P.C. She focuses her practice on business, labor and employment litigation and compliance. Ms. Angioni serves as outside general counsel for companies in industries including but not limited to, food and beverage, entertainment, advertising and public relations, property management, manufacturing, and service providers.

Gianni DiVitale is a Legal Assistant at the firm, where he supports attorneys in all phases of litigation and case management. His responsibilities include document review and organization, file management, trial preparation, client communication, and legal research. Gianni plays an important role in maintaining efficient case workflows and ensuring that matters are handled with precision and attention to detail.

Justin C. Heredia is a Paralegal with the firm, where he plays an integral role in managing complex litigation matters from inception through resolution. Justin supports the firm’s attorneys in all aspects of case preparation, discovery, and trial readiness, ensuring that matters are handled efficiently, strategically, and in compliance with all procedural requirements.

Allyssa J. Rose is a skilled employment and business litigation attorney with a robust background in defending clients across a wide array of complex legal matters. At Angioni Law, P.C., Allyssa focuses her practice on defense-side employment and business litigation, where she has developed deep experience in complex motion practice and discovery management. She has drafted successful motions for summary adjudication, motions to compel arbitration, and many discovery-related motions.

Ali Spina is a contract attorney for Angioni Law, P.C. In that capacity, she assists the firm’s teams with litigation and business compliance concerns on behalf of a variety of clients in Southern California. She routinely prepares notions, handles discovery motions and appears in court. She also prepares workshops and presentations as needed for clients.

Tracy Vena is an Advanced Certified Paralegal with Angioni Law, P.C. In that capacity, she supports our attorneys in trial preparations, court filings, organizing and managing discovery, interviewing clients and witnesses and drafting and coordinating legal documents.
